The Dalmatian Club of America Foundation proudly underwrites Health Clinics during the Dalmatian Club of America National Specialty show.

This is a great opportunity for you to get your Dalmatians tested at reduced rates. It is also a good opportunity for the future health of the breed to get many dogs tested at the same time for inclusion in health databases.

Thank you for working together for the health of our beloved breed! Each and every one of you who participates helps makes a difference.
DCAF is offering health clinics again in 2010, on Sunday, April 4th. Most of the forms are available below for downloading and printing out so you can have them filled out in advance to help save time.

Each dog needs an individual registration form.
