DALMATIAN CLUB OF AMERICA
FOUNDATION, INC.

PURPOSES OF THE FOUNDATION

  1. To foster and promote the public's knowledge and appreciation of dogs in general and DALMATIANS in particular.
  2. To furthur understanding of the diseases, genetic anomalies and injuries which affect dogs in general and the DALMATIAN in particular.
  3. To support and promote study of and research on the character, history, genetics, diseases, breeding and related characteristics which establish the DALMATIAN as a distinct breed of dog and as a consequence, establish a data base of educational and resource materials on the DALMATIAN.
  4. To develop and make available to the general public and DALMATIAN fanciers in particular, information about the proper care, treatment, breeding, health, development and training of DALMATIANS.
TO ADVANCE THESE PURPOSES, THE FOUNDATION WILL GRANT PROJECTS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: 
  1. EDUCATION
  2. VETERINARY RESEARCH
  3. LIBRARY AND COMMUNICATIONS
  4. GENERAL RESEARCH
  5. DALMATIAN RELATED
Grants will be made ONLY to organizations that commit to providing evaluation reports.
